Our Mission
Skeet Fleet was built for the skaters, the activists, the loudmouths, and everyone who's done staying quiet.
Our mission is to create bold, culture-driven products rooted in roller skate grit, Indigenous pride, mental health humor that doesn't sugarcoat, and unapologetic self-expression. Every design has a point of view. Every purchase supports a business that is deeply rooted in the same communities and causes you care about. We're not here to be neutral.
This shop exists because our community deserves a brand that actually reflects who they are.
Our Story
Skeet Fleet Shop was born at a dinner table in New Mexico in 2023, surrounded by people from around the globe who believed that standing up and making noise for what matters is never optional. MMIP was at the center of that conversation. So was a name.
Skeet comes from Melissa Skeet, founder, Diné, and the force behind the Skeet Fighter advocacy movement. Her roller derby name became a symbol of something much bigger. Melissa turned her passion for roller skating and her own survivor story into relentless advocacy for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Persons, including skating across the United States to amplify Indigenous voices and bring the MMIP crisis to communities that had never heard of it. Nate, her fiancé and co-founder, helped to build Skeet Fleet Shop as the commercial arm of that mission, a place where the movement has a storefront and everyone can carry a piece of it with them.
In 2024 in Washington state, we channeled that same energy into a shop. We started making stickers rooted in roller skate culture and quickly learned what they could do. When ICE began terrorizing communities with blatant racism and a colonizer mentality, we made an anti-ICE sticker. It blew up. That moment told us everything.
Skeet Fleet Shop exists to give people a way to be loud about what they stand for. Every product is a small act of resistance, a declaration, a conversation starter. We are a voice for those who need one, and we are just getting started.
The Skeet Fleet Difference
We have a point of view.
This is not a generic print-on-demand shop. Every design comes from a real place, rooted in roller derby culture, Indigenous identity, and the kind of activism that doesn't ask permission.
We back what we believe in.
Throughout the year we partner with organizations that align with our values and put real dollars behind causes that matter to our community. We don't just say we care. We show up.
Everything is made with intention.
Every order leaves a home studio run by two people who give a damn about every single thing that goes out the door. We work in small batches on purpose, sweat every detail, and we will never fill a catalog with shortcuts or designs that exist just to take up space.
We don't cut corners on materials.
Everything we make is built to last because cheap materials are bullshit and you deserve better. We print on premium vinyl, laminate where it counts, and choose materials that can take a beating on a helmet, a water bottle, or whatever the hell else you throw them on. We're not interested in making stuff that looks badass in the shop photo and disappoints you in real life. If you're putting our name on your gear, it better hold up. And it will.
We are part of a bigger movement.
Skeet Fleet Shop is the storefront arm of the Skeet Fighter advocacy movement. When you shop here, you are not just buying a piece of merch. You are backing the work.
